I was just watching this and wondering if you had seen it. I thought of this community immediately. It erases my doubts.

  2. I applaud the kid for standing up for his right as a student to have a teacher who teaches. What a passionate learner. I wish we all had students who cared like he does. And he is right, his country is affected by packets and testing.

(On the other hand, I am scared of how cell phones are used in class.)

  3. I feel for the kid. Of course we feel for the teacher, but the deal on this is that I personally cannot justify what the teacher is doing because it is at the expense of children.

Moreover, how did you feel when the culture in your own school about five months ago, a culture created by exactly this kind of teacher, made you actually quit your job this year?

    Real change is never pleasant.

There is ZERO excuse for this…I mean, worksheets forbworld history??? My God, what an interesting subject, and she has her “packages.” GAH!
