We have Bryce’s Dual Entry Form for when we send kids to a colleague. Diane shares a few slightly different forms, but it’s the same idea:

Somehow during September we missed a “storm of the century” going on in Diane’s classroom with one student. I am looking to update that drama, since we all like to share good juicy stories about the insanity some of us are subjected to from time to time in our buildings, bless those kids’ hearts. I will talk to Diana and see if we can get a report on that situation, which, if you know Diane’s high level of professionalism and calm when she teaches, is a shocker. More later, we hope!
